發展歷史

1992： 成立天昌企業有限公司主要提供住宅式冷氣系統清洗服務
1997： 轉名為香港屋宇發展有限公司承接學校，慈善機構，連鎖店，私營機構、廠房及銀行等冷氣保養工程
1998： 於機電工程署註冊為政府認可電業承辦商
1999： 成立吉田重工有限公司，並設立“WELLTECH”系列冷氣機，專門從事冷氣機海外市場出口貿易業務
2000： 成立清潔及綜合室內裝修工程，處理客戶有關清潔及裝修工程
2002： 於荔枝角區自設辦公室及工廠
2003： 榮獲英國UKAS學會頒發ISO 9001:2000及GB/T 19001:2000國際認名優質認証
2004： 成立香港屋宇建設有限公司，專責樓宇建修及翻新工程
2005： 與政府成立學徒訓練計劃
2007： 於荃灣自置辦公室及工場約6,000尺以配合公司擴充服務範圍
2008： 連續五年榮獲英國UKAS學會頒發ISO 9001:2000及GB/T 19001:2000國際認可優質認証
2010： 榮獲英國UKAS學會頒發ISO 9001:2008及GB/T 19001:2008國際認名優質認証
2012： 於荔枝角自置辦公室及工場約6,500呎以配合公司擴充服務範圍
2012： 於屋宇署註冊為政府認可註冊小型工程承建商(公司)
2015： 連續五年榮獲英國UKAS學會頒發ISO 9001:2008及GB/T 19001:2008國際認可優質認証
2019： 榮獲英國UKAS學會頒發ISO 9001:2015及GB/T 19001:2015國際認可優質認証
2021： 於葵涌自置設備及用品倉庫約1,500呎以配合公司擴充服務範圍
1992： Established Topcherry Enterprise Limited and mainly provide domestic air-conditioner cleaning service
1997： Changed Company name as Homcare Specialty Ltd. And focus on the customer of commercial building, shopping arcades, education institutions, chain-store, factory plant and back etc.
1998： Awarded certificate of Registration of Electrical Contractor by EMS.
1999： Established company of Yoshi Da Juu Kou Group Limited and introduced domestic air-conditioner series as brand name of “WELLTECH”which mainly exported to the European Countries
2000： Established General Cleaning and General interior fitting-out and Renovation Department in order to provide varies and one-stop service to our existing customers.
2002： Purchased two properties at Lai Chi Kok as office and workshop to strengthening our group back-office work
2003： Awarded ISO 9001:2000 for Hong Kong and GB/T 19001:2000 for PRC by the UKAS of UKAS of UK both recognized our quality service at MVAC, General Cleaning and Fitting-out work
2004： Established Company of Homcare Specialty Construction Limited, which is specialist in building construction and renovation project.
2005： Joint Schedule with the office of the Director of Apprenticeship of vocational Training Council to establish the training platform for the apprentices.
2007： Purchased property of more than 6,000 sgf. At Tsuen Wan to grouped our office and workshop in order to provide the most efficiently service to our valued customer.
2008： ISO 9001:2000 & GB/T 19001:2000 for PRC by the UKAS of UK both recognized our quality service of MVAC, General cleaning and fitting-out work.
2010： Awarded ISO 9001:2008 for Hong Kong and GB/T 19001:2008 for PRC by the UKAS of UKAS of UK both recognized our quality service at MVAC, General Cleaning and Fitting-out work
2012： Purchased property of more than 6,500 sgf. At Lai Chi Kok to grouped our office and workshop in order to provide the most efficiently service to our valued customer.
2012： Awarded certificate of Registration of Registered Minor Works Contractor (Company) by Buildings Department.
2015： ISO 9001:2008 & GB/T 19001:2008 for PRC by the UKAS of UK both recognized our quality service of MVAC, General cleaning and fitting-out work.
2019： ISO 9001:2015 & GB/T 19001:2015 for PRC by the UKAS of UK both recognized our quality service of MVAC, General cleaning and fitting-out work.
2021： Purchased property of approximately 1,500 sgf. in Kwai Chung to grouped our equipment and supplies warehouse in order to provide the most efficiently service to our valued customer.
